COMMISSIONS TERMS OF SERVICE
By purchasing art from me you agree to my Terms of Service.
Please read below carefully if you are interested in a commission ~
» I want you to know that my English level is poor and sometimes I have to use translator
» And there would be some language misunderstanding troubles. Try to describe what you want not really complicated if it’s possible
» Also because of my English I prefer to use references more than description
» I have the rights to reject any commissions if I feel it does not suit my style or uncomfortable with
◜payments and deadlines◞
•․ Payment is possible with my Boosty page, Hipolink or EasyStart. Refunds are currently unavailable
•․ I accept full payment after the sketch is approved. Payment must be made within 72 hours after that, otherwise I will cancel the commission
•․ The deadline is from 1 to 4 months for each commission. Commissions are made in the order of the queue that you can find out from me
•․ If you want your commission to be done quickly (one or two months) - it will cost +60% of the final price
•․ The prices listed below are basic and may increase depending on the complexity of the character design. If necessary, we can discuss the final price before the commission
•․ All commissions are solid BG colour - no transparent versions provided unless commercial fee is paid. They are also watermarked
º․· After I accept your commission I will do a sketch and send it to you (if you want to cancel the commission, you should do in this stage)
º․· Upon receiving a sketch, you are able to ask about fixes before I start doing lineart
º․· It is possible to make only 3 serious fixes
º․· I don't do any major changes after the sketch has been approved
º․· After the commission is complete I can only changes the colors. Please keep this in mind!
º․· I will keep you updated the process

» Commissions are for personal use only. That means that you cannot use any art of mine for commercial purposes or edit the art without my permission
» Please inquire about commercial use, where a fee will be applied
» Commercial use includes the following: merchandise (stickers/clothes/prints/etc), twitch/streaming services, schedule posts or content posts under your business, overlays, use on websites, thumbnails, videos
» You may not claim the work as your own
» I don’t allow for my artwork to be used for NFTs in any shape or form. Also no use of my art with/in association: AI art/AI art/AI programs/AI
» You can post commissioned artwork on your social media as long as you give me credit, receive no commercial gain from it
» I have full rights post your art in all my social pages, use it in promotion, post all materials at my Boosty page
» If you need the work to be private for you - let me know about it in advance, because I publish my arts in all my social media. If you don't notify me - I'll post it and won't delete it
» All private works that you don't allow to be published on my socials - pay an extra price for this. You'll get all rights to the art and I'll never publish it

•․ Please give design credit to me
•․ Don't claim this design as yours (as designed by you)
•․ You may edit the adopt in any way you like but please keep it recognizable. Also you may modify the design in your own art or through another artist's work. However original design credit must still be given
•․ You can give it to someone else, but please tell me who the new owner is and also pass this rule from one owner to another (not necessarily, but i'd really appreciate it)
•․ You can resell in the same price or lower (if you bought commissions for this adoptable or drew them yourself, then the sale price may be more than the purchase price)
•․ Commercial use is available only after additional payment
