Please read the information below carefully if you are interested in making any purchase from me ~
COMMISSIONS TERMS OF SERVICE
general rules
• I want you to know that my English level is poor and sometimes I have to use translator
• And there would be some language misunderstanding troubles. Try to describe what you want not really complicated if it’s possible
• Also because of my English I prefer to use references more than description
• I have the rights to reject any commissions if I feel it does not suit my style or uncomfortable with
🌱 By commissioning artwork from me, you confirm that you have read all of the commission information and agree to my ToS
🌱 Before commissioning me, please take the time to carefully review my portfolio and keep in mind that I cannot change my art style or artistic approach
🌱 The final price of the commission depends on the complexity of the character design, the presence of a background, the complexity of the background, and the presence of an additional character
• I reserve the right to refuse a commission during the discussion stage without giving a specific reason. Please send your commission details first so I can review and clarify everything. My response may take some time, as I need to carefully consider each request
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any stage of the process. In such a case, I will refund the full amount you have paid. If the artwork is already in progress, I will also provide you with the unfinished piece in its current state
• If you decide to cancel your commission:
— before the work begins (before the first sketch is sent), only 50% of the deposit will be refunded;
— after the work has started, the deposit will be partially refunded.
• If you decide to cancel the commission for any reason, I will not refund the payment for the part of the work that has already been completed. You will be refunded for the remaining unfinished part of the commission and will receive the artwork in its current stage of completion. If the rendering process is already 30% complete, no refund will be issued
• A full refund from my side is only possible if the deadline has been missed
• If I miss the deadline, you have the right to:
— cancel the commission and receive a full refund, provided that you notify me immediately after the deadline has been missed
— or discuss and agree on a new deadline with me
Important: if, after the deadline has passed, you continue providing feedback, requesting revisions, or accepting new stages of the work without agreeing on a new deadline, this will automatically be considered your consent to extending the deadline. In this case, the right to request a refund due to the original missed deadline will no longer apply. You may discuss and agree on a new deadline at any time
• Unfinished artwork from a canceled or declined commission may not be edited or completed by other artists
• If you have paid for the artwork in full before the work begins (before the sketch stage), but do not provide the commission details or character references for more than 30 days (therefore delaying the start of the artwork), and then request a refund, only 60% of the total payment will be refunded
• If you do not respond to my messages for more than 50 days, I reserve the right to cancel your commission, and no refund will be issued
payments and deadlines
• Payment is possible with my Hipolink or EasyStaff (PayPal is only available through EasyStaff Connect). Refunds are difficult to process, so they are only approved in the most extreme cases
• Two payment options are available:
— 100% upfront payment before the work begins
— 70% upfront payment before the work begins + 30% payment after the sketch approval
• The commission process will begin only after the upfront payment has been received
• The prices listed below are basic and may increase depending on the complexity of the character design. If necessary, we can discuss the final price before the commission
• If you request a refund through your payment service, you will lose the right to commission me in the future and will be added to my blacklist• The deadline is determined individually for each commission and depends on the complexity of the artwork, the character design, the background, the current commission queue, and your position in it
• If you want your commission to be done quickly - it will cost +60% of the final price
• The deadline is calculated from the date the first payment is received
revisions
• You may request up to 3 major free revisions during the sketch stage or request a redraw of the sketch (limited to a maximum of 3 times). Once the sketch has been approved, major revisions will no longer be accepted (including changes to the pose, limb placement, facial expression, and similar adjustments)
• The first 3 revisions are free. Any additional revisions will cost $4 each. Revisions required due to my mistakes or failure to follow the provided commission details will always be free
• Please provide all requested revisions as a complete list at once. Multiple consecutive requests to revise the same element may be considered separate revisions
• Revisions requested after approval of a stage will be charged separately (from 5% to 50% of the total commission price, depending on the scope of the changes)
• After a stage has been approved, only my mistakes or inconsistencies with the approved commission details will be corrected free of charge. If the artwork matches the approved requirements but you are simply dissatisfied with the result due to personal preferences, this will not be considered a valid reason for free revisions or a refund. Any further adjustments in this case will be charged as a new commission
work process
• I will keep you updated throughout the entire process and provide the following stages for your approval: sketch, lineart + flat colors, intermediate rendering stages, and the final artwork
• All versions and stages of the artwork will be provided with a watermark and in a lower resolution than the original file until the commission has been fully paid
• The final artwork will be provided in PNG format. PSD/CLIP source files are not provided unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon in advance
• I do not usually create versions of artwork with a transparent background. If you require a transparent background, please let me know as early as possible
copyright and usage policy of illustrations
For vtubers/streamers: I allow the use of images on streams (as screensavers/panels for descriptions/overlays, etc.), in stream schedules, use in videos, posting images on your site and I do not charge extra for this
The use as a merch (stickers / postcards / stands / sketchbooks / key rings, etc.), the publication of the image on your Patreon or other similar resource is negotiated in advance and an additional payment of 50% of the cost of the illustration is charged for this• I maintain full rights to the artwork and its intellectual property
• Commissions are for personal use only. That means that you cannot use any art of mine for commercial purposes or edit the art without my permission
• You are not allowed to use this for AI, NFT etc.
• You can post commissioned artwork on your social media as long as you give me credit, receive no commercial gain from it
• I have full rights post your art in all my social pages, use it in promotion, post all materials at my Boosty page (Patreon analogue)
• If you need the work to be private for you - let me know about it in advance, because I publish my arts in all my social media. If you don't notify me - I'll post it and won't delete it
• All private works that you don't allow to be published on my socials - pay an extra price for this. You'll get all rights to the art and I'll never publish it
ADOPTABLES TERMS OF SERVICE
🌱 By purchasing my designs, you confirm that you have read and agree to my ToS
• I maintain full rights to the artwork and its intellectual property
• I have full rights post your art in all my social pages, use it in promotion, post all materials at my Boosty page (Patreon analogue)
• Please give design credit to me
• Don't claim this design as yours (as designed by you)
• You can change the design in any way you like, but don't do it on top of my ref-sheet (you can create or order new images with a new design)
• Can be regifted, retraded or resold, but please let me know who the new owner will be and also pass this rule on from one owner to the next (not necessarily, but i'd really appreciate it)
• Commercial use is available only after additional payment
• You are not allowed to use this for AI, NFT etc.COMMERCIAL AND PERSONAL USE/RIGHT
• Commercial use means the possibility of earning profit (VTuber, YouTube, streaming, merchandise, etc.)
• Personal use (non-commercial) is for personal, non-commercial purposes (creating a story, printing or merch without selling/profit, etc.). Sale/trade/gift are permitted with personal use too

• Absolutely no refunds
• If you request a refund through your payment service, you will lose the right to receive my adopts in the future or any other works and will be added to the ban list. The adopt will be put up for sale again
HOLDS (if they are allowed)
• Any amount is available for hold
• The deposit will be 20% of the amount
• The deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel the payment
• Holding is available for 2 weeks
• You must pay the remainder before this period ends
• For amounts over $350, the duration of holding is discussed personally BEFORE bidding/purchase and requires my approval
